Docklands Ancestors Ltd offer an unconditional exchange policy on any faulty goods purchased from us. In the unlikely event your product is faulty on receipt, please contact us straight away. On return of the faulty product, we will undertake to exchange like for like at no extra cost to the purchaser.
Please note we do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered.
You have the right to cancel any order placed with us up until the time your order has been posted. None of the above affects your statutory rights.

Docklands Ancestors Series, Thames Riverside Series, Apprenticeship Bindings, Postcards & Photographs and Alan Godfrey Maps products are usually dispatched within 24 hours.
For all other products, where we act as a distributor, we forward your order the same day. All of our suppliers are committed to the same high standard of customer service.
Please contact us if you have not received your UK order after 14 days and 21 days overseas.

All UK orders are posted via Royal Mail First Class Post - delivery 1-2 working days from posting.
Non UK orders are posted via Airmail, Small Packet Rate - delivery 3-5 working days from posting.
We cannot be held responsible if the postal services fail to deliver your goods. Please contact us if you wish to have your delivery insured. Extra charges will apply.
